Lawn Sprinklers, Inc. guarantees:
You will receive a computer drawing
of your yard with line and head locations for future reference. This
will also be kept on record in
our office. (Mortgage survey needs to be supplied). You will also receive
start-up and head adjustment instructions with phone support available,
if necessary. We will be there for you.
- The shady side of your home will run on a separate
zone from sunny areas of the yard so it does not become too
wet (i.e., area between
houses will not run with a sunny area, such as the boulevard).
- Misters
will be directed away from the sides of your foundation to
protect your home from water damage.
- To avoid yellow areas at the curb, we
always put mist heads on both sides of the boulevard (grass
between the sidewalk and street). This
also avoids water waste by over-spraying into the street.
- Timer wiring
is concealed in PVC tubing, no dangling wires. (WIRELESS Rain
sensors are FREE)
- All valve boxes will be buried flush to the ground,
heads will be at the correct height, and plumbing will be straight
with any
holes caulked.
You will be able to mow and edge your lawn without worry.
- Permits and
PVB tests are included with your installation.
- First year winterization
is FREE.
